The aqueous system reduces the frequency of filter change, maintenance time and cost by applying a good filtration. With the help of the continuous water curtain formed at the base of the cabin, the paint particles in the circulating air are taken into the water and sent to the system tank. The condensed dyed water in the system tank is conveyed to the sludge separation system, where the dye sludge is separated. The sludge in the separation system is approximately 90% dewatered and sent to the waste collection center in a dry state. The cleaned water in the separation system is returned to the system tank.
