Surface Cleaning Systems, Spray and dip type surface cleaning systems are used in order to make high quality coating in electrostatic powder paint lines. During the design phase of these systems, many technical details such as heating type, heating capacity, water circulation system, steam absorption system, prevention of steam and chemical mixture between tanks are evaluated with precision.
Different applications such as nano coating, degreasing/abrasion, iron phosphate/zinc phosphate and chromating are being designed for our surface cleaning systems, which are planned for maximum energy saving and minimum chemical/water consumption.
